The largest manufacturers of carpeting use, Hot Water Extraction (Steam Cleaning) which is our method. We use Portable steam cleaning equipment to be exact. Now let me tell you what we know. By far the dirtiest carpets I see are do it yourself and dry cleaned carpet! Reason being is there is alot of soap residue left in the carpet from insufficient rinsing or no rinsing at all. We have invested in the the best machines and equipment to properly clean, rinse and dry your carpets for the most thorough long lasting clean and fastest drying times in our industry.

Most carpets will be dry within a couple of hours depending on condition. We have very strong equipment and a rapid dry process as well as using air movers to speed dry your carpets so they are not left wet like most companies do. Yes, you can walk on it with either an indoor shoe or bare feet. Please be careful walking onto hard surfaces from carpet if still slightly damp so not to slip.

Yes!! We understand you have a busy schedule just like us, so we have a convenient 1 hour wait period. Example: arrival time between 1-2pm If we happen to be running late or early we will call to keep you informed. We all have waited around for some service only for them not to show or call. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

Dust mites are the most common allergen-producing organism found in homes. They live in carpets, upholstered furniture, bed pillows & mattresses. They thrive and reproduce, their appetite increases and therefore their fecal matter, the source of the dominant dust mite allergen increases. 90% of the population that experiences any allergy-based symptoms reacts to dust mite allergen. This is why it is extremely important to regularly steam clean your carpets & upholstery. Steam cleaning will remove the dust mites from your carpet & upholstery as well as improve your overall health & allergy symptoms.

We recommend before tampering with any type of stain that you must consult a carpet tech. Reason why it’s very important not to use any product from the local store or even bleaching agents is because you can set the stain making it difficult for us to remove or even worse change the color of the fabric if not tested.

No need to panic, with our equipment we can save your carpet or upholstery. Very important thing to know is when you have a flood it should be dealt within less than 48hrs. Carpets that have been flooded can produce mold & mildew if not treated and can really damage your underpading and create a nasty musky smell around the home. Wet carpet cleaning (also known as hot water extraction) is neither harmful nor toxic and is safe for children and pets. This system injects hot water into your carpet at high pressure and a powerful vacuum sucks up the water together with any dirt, cleaning products or other debris leaving no residue behind. Dry carpet cleaning methods come in many forms. Some methods utilize powders, crystals, solvents and even shampoos. Often harmful residues can be left behind resulting from a lack of rinsing and perform more of a surface clean compared to hot water extraction carpet cleaning.

Every six months to one year. Frequency will depend on the amount of traffic you have in your home or office. Don’t wait till your carpet or upholstery get too heavily soiled - this may negatively affect your health and the investment in your carpet.

We cannot guarantee that we will remove all spots or stains. There are substances that can permanently discolor the carpet fibers. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet fibers also plays a factor in this. The technician will try to determine if this is the case prior to cleaning but they are not always able to determine this before trying to remove the spots. We will try our best in making your carpet look like new.

Before completing any job we always ask our customers to walk around and to confirm if they are 100% satisfied before we leave. We will clean and go over any spots that may be a concern to you. Our key goal is to keep you happy and have you as a repeat.

Not necessarily, we will ask a few questions in the services required then one of our employers will give you an over the phone quote. New items that need cleaning when on site may be added for an additional cost.

No it’s never too late; we have our phone lines and emails on 24/7. We will respond to emails as soon as we can.

We move light furniture & replace it back after cleaning. But we don’t move any heavy furniture but if you need it done we recommend you move anything out of the room before our arrival. 90% of the time we just clean around the area where there’s heavy traffic area.

Not really, as long as we have access to the unit being cleaned, you can go on with your everyday errands.

It depends on condition and process needed to clean. It can take on average 15-20 minutes per room. Our carpet techs do not rush on any job we want you to be fully satisfied.

We usually remove most stains that are on the fabric. We use a browning treatment to prevent this from happening. But if a stain does appear after being cleaned due to either it was deep into the backing and worked its way to the tip of the fabric we will come and go over it again.

Yes you can, carpet will be damp after being cleaned. We advise you to stay off it as much as you can for it not to get soiled easily again. Please be careful when walking off a wet carpet to a hardwood surface may be slippery because your feet may be wet.

Yes it is, with the power of our cleaning machines used on site we have powerful vacuum motors that prevent the water going through the base of the fibers and getting your floors soaked. We always dry floors before leaving the work site.

Yes you can, but why get on your hands and knees and scrub and not be able to get amazing results. With our equipment and chemical used to clean the tile & grout we give you outstanding results with less the effort.

Yes you may, but the money you’re spending on the machine and chemicals and then doing the labour yourself will never compare to calling a professional. The local store equipment goes from 25-50psi but our equipment starts from 100-500psi with multiple vacuums which will give you amazing results and fast drying times.

The hot water extraction cleaning method uses equipment that sprays heated water (not steam), sometimes with added cleaning chemicals, on the carpet while simultaneously vacuuming the sprayed water along with any dislodged and dissolved dirt.
